Butty Bach - Blondies

I’m a huge fan of brownies but previously never liked blondies - have found them sloppy inside, seeming kinda uncooked. I am fussy with cakes!

However these from the talented Ben of Butty Bach have converted me...they’re like squishy but not too gooey....I love the coconut chocolate on top and the amount of solid white chocolate at the bottom... then that softer layer at the top too...honestly really impressed! I have a post about their glorious afternoon tea to come. Make sure you follow them as what they sell changes frequently and it’s always fun seeing what’s new.
