Nord66 Bespoke Chocolates - Cardiff based with UK delivery

Shane is a professional chef by trade, based in Cardiff & this is his newest venture, producing:

• Unique and funky chocolate truffles and bars

• Deeply flavoured sourdough

• Cinnamon buns

• Marshmallows, cookies and more

All inspired by treats from his childhood in Sweden :)⠀

You can see instantly how striking they look (above is the deliciously creamy coconut ganache. The bars change regularly so follow him on Insta to keep up). I’ve never had a chocolate bar quite like these, they really stand out both in appearance and flavour. No artificial flavours are used (for example, I enquired about rose flavour and was told he was waiting for some decent fragrant roses to bloom which I thought was lovely 🌹).
